How to delete the post?

Post by Rencia » Tue Feb 23, 2016 10:30 pm

I have posted some questions together with my answers and because, I often hear that people just copy the answers from the forum instead of just taking an inspiration and creating their own responses, I am wondering if it is possible to somehow delete some of the posts we don't want others to copy. I am not sure if that's possible and I don't want anyone to take me wrong. I am just asking to check what the options are.

Thanks

I understand your concern and it's a big part of my concern too! My hope is that the forum is used in an appropriate manner. It's just like getting information from an article or from a book. If someone is going to steal ideas then it's easy to do from any source, not just this forum. In saying this though RTO teachers/assessors are aware of this website and the forum so when plagiarism checks are done I'm sure they check the forum. It's very easy to find out if a student is copying since you only need to type it in Google and the forum topic will appear. I myself thoroughly check assignments submitted to me by students before submission to their RTO's...

I just hope for all the support I provide and all the hard work you and other students put in to attempt or respond to the questions, students use this information in the correct manner and if they do get information to reference our forum/topic/website...
