Hierarchy of control

Provide an example of when you would implement the hierarchy of control within your service. Provide details of the situation at hand, the Hazard/ risk and the control measure utilised.

Such as:

broken window
rusty ladder in the playground
uprooted tree
leaves/branches that have falling from trees
hoe in the fence etc.
