Orientation of New Team Members

Devise a 2 month orientation program for the trainee - you must assume the trained is full time and has 4 hours per week available for on the job training.

You will need to:

1 Identify and prioritise the information to be provided to the trainee over the two month period

2 Describle the range of strategies that you will use to understand how th information is applied to practice

3 Describle the strategies you will use to assist the trainee to understand how the information is applied to practice

4 How you will review the trainees orientation program and ensure that the trainee understands and can apply the information

5 identify the resources (human and physical) that you will need to access as part of the orientation program

- Do I need to go to where I am doing my placement and ask yo have a look at there traineeship information/booklet to get a fair idea about this question?!

Yes, if you have access to the traineeship information at the centre, it will be helpful!
