How are the National Child Health and Wellbeing Core Competencies relevant to working with children?-

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am a little lost with this question, i have searched and can not really find anything realting directly to the topic, all i have so far is that they both set the standard for increased quality and consistant stardards within childcare, i think maybe realting to the National Quality Standard, in Quality Area 2, thank you really appreciate any help :)
