CHCECE016 - Scenario: Bobby Has A Fever

Hello everyone, My questions is related to a Scenario....

Bobby aged 3, is refusing to eat his food and drinking very little. He is grumpy and unsettled. He wants to sit with an educator all the time. Upon taking his temperature, the educator finds it is 39 degrees.

i tried to write answers but i am confused...
anyone please tell me how can i write a Method & Why?

Write a method for what? Writing an illness record? Taking a temperature...
