Your Question?
I have read the link in regards to the situation with Adam, Jade and Dan but there was one question not mentioned that im stuck on. The question is: You suggested to your supervisor that Adam be offered care 5days per wk effective immediately. How would this support (1) Adam and (2) his family?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
having Adam in care for 5days will:
* boost up his confidence
* for him to mix well with his peers
* for him to understand that not everyone close to him is just like Dan

am I on the right track here?? any input would be greatly appreciated THANKS!!!

This is what I think...

For Adam:

* Builds trust and positive relationships with others
* Plays and interacts with children his own age
* Is in a safe and caring environment
* In a environment with an established routine
* Able to make friends
* Able to interact with toys and activities which he may not have at home.

For Family:

* Assurance that Adam is in a safe environment
* Healthy food and nutrition is provided
* Encourage Adam to develop his language skills while in care
* Develop Adam's social skills
* Physical Abuse can be recorded and acted upon as mandatory reporters.
