Changes That Occured In EC Over The Past 5 Years

Hi ,
i have a question of subject "leadership and service management".

. As an educator you need to be aware of modern approaches to working in childcare .
a: describe 5 changes that have occurred in the last five years that have altered how a centre operates.

my answer: 1.establishes NQF in 2012
2.Australia`s first national early years learning framework(EYLF) for early childhood educators.
3. embed sustainable practices in service operations
4.facilitate the development of a quality improvement plan(QIP)
5.develop an understanding and respect for the natural environment

please help me . :)

I had the same quest and to be honest I just couldn't find the answer. I put in mine changes is a staff ratio, introducing ACEQUA. All those changes are relayed to NQF you have to look for them in there. After hours of searching I found a good website (it was all there). I will try to find it again.
