You are participating in a group discussion at mealtime. Burton, 4 years, begins to tell you about his weekend and how he went to a hospital because his Gran is sick. Safron, also 4 years, interrupts to say that she went to a hospital too and that her Pa has a broken leg. Safron then says that she wants to make a hospital in the home corner.
