Sure... if you can give me a general idea of what you would say for each one then I can see where you need help... there is no right or wrong answer really is based on your own personal experiences...

Hi lorina,

I have answered some of the question. Please correct me where i am wrong. This question are very important for me please help me. I havent answered some of the question please help me with those question.. Thank u

1. Why are you the best person for this job?
i am passionate about working with children. I get along along with everyone regardless of age, background, Im very hard working, honest, patience and cheerful.

2 How would you discipline a child?
"Discipline is extremely critical, especially for children of younger ages to learn the difference between right and wrong and to take responsibility for their actions. When disciplining a child, the first thing I do is give a warning to give them the opportunity to change their behavior. The warning is appropriate to the incident and age of the child. If the child continues to misbehave, I put them in timeout. I think the most important things to keep in mind involving discipline are not to debate with the child, to be matter-of-fact in disciplining them and to make sure the consequences fit the action."

3 Give an example of when you deal with a difficult situation successfully?
During my placement a child was showing aggressive behaviour at the centre by using hitting, kicking others and using swearing words.I stayed calm and used a firm gentle voice to let her know children don’t use adult words and we don’t harm our friends. I used the problem-solving technique (SODAS).
I would find out the trigger for that behaviour and defuse the trigger. I would distract and redirect the child for the good behaviour

5 What did you like working in the childcare?
I have always enjoyed working with children and loved to enhance their developmental areas with creativity and flexibility to make everyday experience a positive one for the class.
At the end of the day I always have a sense of self -satisfaction that I have utilised my skills and contributed a part in this community.

9 If two children were having a physical fight, How would you handle the situation?
If a child hits another child, immediately i would separate the children. i would try to comfort and attend to the other child. Finally, address the child. i would distract both the child with other activities and supervise them more closely.

10 What will you do when there is an injury or accident?
If a relief staff member is present when an accident occurs, they must fill out the accident form and have it witnessed by a permanent staff member, take the form to the nominated supervisor to read and sign. The steps I would follow if an accident occurs, follow same steps mentioned above also stay calm, comfort the child, use positive words, and ask how much the pain, give some treatment such as sterile bandage if needed. If there is a big accident such as a child falling on his head and bleeding call 000 and parents and record it.

11 How would deal with a crying child?
I would try to make them feel better and take their mind off of what they are crying about. I would distract the child by reading a book of the child favourite, by doing an activity.

4 Have you been involved in the accreditation process?

6 How does the day of an infant in your classroom differ from the day of a toddler in your classroom?

7 Have you feel about toilet training and changing nappies?

8 Describe a time you resolved an issue with an unhappy parent?

Thank you

Yes, you're on the right track with your responses... there is no right or wrong answer for the questions being asked. It's solely based on what you have experienced when working in a centre and how you handle situations...

Hope your interview went well!

Hello,

There is a load of common questions that can be asked by an employer. Some of those are:

Can you tell me more about yourself?
What prompted you to apply for this job?
Do you have any idea about the company?
Why work for us?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Have you accomplished something you didn't know you could handle?
Why do you want to teach?
What makes you a good fit for this school?
What characteristics do students want their teachers to possess?
How does a teacher's personality affect their success?
What role does discipline play in teaching and what is your approach?
What makes you a good fit for our school?
Describe your teaching style.
What characteristics do you think students want their teachers to have?
How would your past students, colleagues, or principles describe you?

And believe me, much more can come your way.
The answers will have to be on your experience. It is not about right and wrong. It is about how you give the answer, what confidence you can keep in yourself, and how you analyze the situation and can answer accordingly.
But still, the below can help you to construct your answers:
Research the school
Prepare for the day of the interview.
Make a good first impression.
Act confidently during the interview.
Describe your teaching style confidently.
Keep a positive attitude.
Do not make yourself too much nurvous.
Try to give a to-the-point answer.

I think it will help you!

Thanks
