About the Centre
SDN Mosman provides early childhood education and child care for 56 children per day across 3 rooms in the beautiful Lower North Shore suburb of Mosman, and has a real feel of being 'a home away from home'. We pride ourselves on the strong connection we have made and maintained over the years with our local community and families.
We have 2 outdoor spaces and our families often call our outdoor areas their "green oasis". We invest in award-winning outdoor spaces that have natural designs that inspire children's curiosity, physical play, and social play.
Our centre is located on the border of Cremorne, minutes from bus stops along Military Road. It is a short 10 minute bus trip from Wynyard Station (the first stop) and a short bus trip from North Sydney Station. The centre also has ample all day street parking available should you prefer to drive.

About The Role
As a Cert III Educator, you will work as part of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children and support the implementation of an approved learning framework.
This is a newly created full time permanent position due to increased utilisation at our centre.
When you join the SDN Mosman village, you will embark on a journey that offers long term career progression opportunities, ongoing training and development, the ability to work in a close knit, inclusive and supportive team environment with the support of a hands on Centre Director who is down to earth, consultative and fun! The team have regular social events after work, for those that are able to and also have team lunches once a week for all educators to allow time to connect off the floor.

SDN Woolloomooloo is a unique 89 place centre located in Sydney city's inner-east. We welcome children from birth to school age, and have beautiful newly refurbished outdoor spaces. The centre is located 5 minutes from trains (Kings Cross Station) and buses.
Woolloomooloo is the home of SDN's very first centre, opened in 1905 in a terrace house in Dowling Street to provide much-needed child care for local workers. SDN Woolloomooloo moved to its present location in 1921. It has a magical fairy garden and a veggie garden where the children can help grow fresh beans and tomatoes. There's also a climbing wall with a slide and a winding waterplay feature, all laid on softfall surfaces.

You will have:
* A recognised qualification, or working towards an ECE Degree
* Current WWCC
* Current approved First Aid
* Minimium 5 years industry experience
* People management experience
* Understanding and application of the NQS
* Creativity as well as organisation skills
There is flexibility to for the right person in terms of hours/ days.
