if I answer this one I need to describe stress and fatigue. I have no idea how to start this

In this question I wrote this and it's correct

5 strategies for use to maintain currency of WHS knowledge and skills
1. Staff training  ( In work place promote staff training for all worker’s effective way maintain their knowledge and skills about WHS)
2. Maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures  (Development and review of WHS policies and procedures, services may hold meeting and discussions and encourage all staff to contribute their ideas and suggestions)
3. Consultation with employees on health and safety matters  (communicate and required consult all staff before making changes to the work practices, policies and procedures that could affect the WHS of workers. For communicate workers we can use notice board, email, internet, daily discussion, staff meeting etc. )
 4. Safety risks management program  (Risk management helps to create a safe work environment and reduce accident, incident and illness)
5. Identify the workplace hazard  (Improve our knowledge and skills about workplace hazards and identify them. Work hazard can be physical, chemical, biological etc. and maintain daily hazard check list)
