Suggest two ways in which Educators can assist children to develop healthy attitudes towards food?
Any educators who handle food in the service are encouraged to maintain a current food handling certificate.
The person responsible for the preparation and cooking of food at the centre must completed the basic training in food safety and nutrition in accordance with the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) – food safety.
IS IT CORRECT?

Re: healthy attitudes
Hi,
I think it means more, Healthy food posters & a way to encourage healthy eating habits in the children.
Think, activities, group experiences, cooking experiences & books.
I am doing the same question now, & i hope this was helpful

Re: Developing Children's Healthy Attitudes Towards Foods
Hi
I believe it could be asking under the quality area 2.2.1
Which then the answers would be:
Never giving or denying food as a reward or punishment
Making sure the social environment is calm and positive
Creating opportunities to teach children the difference between everyday foods and sometimes foods
Trying to avoid using food to comfort a child as this can establish a pattern of relying on food for comfort
Offering and encouraging new foods regularly and including a variety of tastes, textures and colours.
I hope this helps you ladies,
Good luck
