Hi Monqiue,

Welcome to Aussie Childcare Network!

Just a heads up since it's your first time...You'll need to provide a response to your question in order to receive support for assignments. I usually ignore the ones that don't have a response or an attempt at least...

Thought I'd let you know,

Hi Lorina, thank you. Oh sorry.

So far i have got
1, Celebrations will be a great way to develop cultural competence, Chinese new year, Naidoc week and Anzac Day. It's a way of getting to know other cultures and how they celebrate compared to how you may celebrate.

2. Don't be judgemental towards other cultures, everyone has their own beleifs, differences and ways of thinking.

3. Be open to developing knowledge and understanding of different cultural groups. So take time out to individually connect and build a relationship with famillies.
