Caring for babies and children/ Cognitive development

Hi all, just have a question I am struggling to get my head around.

Research into cognitive development has highlighted that 0 – 3 years is a sensitive period for development and learning in all areas.
Describe how, as an educator, you would promote cognitive development in babies and toddlers in the following domains.
a) Physical development

b) Language development

c) Emotional development

Any advice would be greatly appreicated.
