d) UN rights of the Child
united nationsconventions on the rights of the child un rights of the child has 54 articles in all. Articles 43-54 are about how adults and governments should work together to make sure that all children get all their rights. All the rights are connected to each other, and all are equally important

In 1991 the Queensland Parliament passed a law, the Anti-Discrimination Act which aims to protect people in Queensland from unfair discrimination, sexual harassment and other objectionable conduct and provides a means to bring a complaint and have it resolved. All employers need to take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation in the workplace.
Reasonable steps might include:
• implementation of appropriate workplace policies and practices;
• training and education of staff;
• the establishment of grievance and complaint procedures.
