sorry that was for sustainability. for this my answer is a) NQS
National Quality Standard  The national quality standards sets benchmarks for the quality of education and care services. The national quality standards establish the seven quality areas of the national learning frameworks that recognise children learn from birth and outline practices to support and promote childrne’s learning. The aim of NQS is
 The safety, healthy and wellbeing of children
 A focus on achieving outcomes for children through high-quality educational programs
 Families’understanding of what distinguishes a quality service.

b) EYLF
early year learning framework The EYLF is a guide which consist of principles, practices and 5 main learning outcomes. It enables childcare professionsnals, eductaors and early childhood teachers within an early childhood setting to extrend and enrich children’s learning, provide oppurtunities for children to develop a foundation for learning and for children to become successful learners.

c) ECA Code of Ethics
early childhood australia in code of ethic the protection and wellbeing of children is paramount and therefore speaking out or taking action in the presence of unethical practice is an essential professional responsibility.

d) UN rights of the Child
united nationsconventions on the rights of the child un rights of the child has 54 articles in all. Articles 43-54 are about how adults and governments should work together to make sure that all children get all their rights. All the rights are connected to each other, and all are equally important
e) Anti-discrimination legislation
In 1991 the Queensland Parliament passed a law, the Anti-Discrimination Act which aims to protect people in Queensland from unfair discrimination, sexual harassment and other objectionable conduct and provides a means to bring a complaint and have it resolved. All employers need to take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation in the workplace.
Reasonable steps might include:
• implementation of appropriate workplace policies and practices;
• training and education of staff;
• the establishment of grievance and complaint procedures.

hope this help
