Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCRF511A
Your Assignment Type: Case Scenario
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
I need some help with my assignment, CHCRF551A.
I have a scenario and some questions along with it and I have no idea where or how to start.

Sally has telephoned your centre and is coming in to have a look around with the view of enrolling her two children. One child is twelve months old, the other is four and a half years old. Sally will be returning to part time work and will require three days per week for both children. Adress the following point:
1. What information will you need to give Sally?
2. What information will you want to gather from Sally so you can be best prepared to support her children when they enroll?
3. What agencies will Sally need to contact if she wishes fee support?
4. What information will she need to give the agency?

Please help! Thank you :)

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Read some websites but not much help.

Since you're working in an early childhood setting, have a look through your centre's policies and procedures manual and look for the 'Orientation Policy". This should give you the required details for this question.

Hope this helps,
