Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Valuing differences in children Activity 4.4
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Read through the following stereotypes and determine how they may impact on individual teaching styles or expectations.
Block area is for boys
Only girls need to tidy up
Ladies before gentlemen

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Block area- block area is for everyone's use. Girls may enjoy building as well. They may later in life be builders or architectures.
Only girls need to tidy up- everyone needs to take responsibility for what they have played with. This show independence.
Ladies before gentlemen- everyone should be treated with respect.
