Assignment Essay "The Effective Earlychildhood Educator"

Hi I need to start researching the essay topic "The Effective Early childhood Educator.
Any ideas of what contributes to the above would be great. I need to also argument and provide evidence. I am also looking at Montessori, steiner, reggio. Are then any other groups.
