Hello

I was wondering if someone could please help me out.
I remember reading about child care workers gossiping about children's parents to each other and it was called a particular thing, is somebody please able to help where I can find what it is called? I am having so much trouble trying to find it and its getting very frustrating

Thanks :)

Hi Mellieh,

When posting up the subject heading of your topic, next time please include the module number, the assignment name and what the question relates to, please provide me with those details so I can edit your topic heading.

In regards to your question are you talking about confidentiality, code of ethics? When staff are gossiping about parents to one another they are breaking the centre's policy for confidentiality, code of conduct and the code of ethics...

Is this what you were looking for?

Cheers :geek:,

Hello L.A so sorry about that, the task I am doing is CHCORG303B Participate effectively in the work environment.

The question is basically about a mother who doesnt want her son to have a afternoon nap for more than 1 hour as it disrupts his bed time at night and he wont go to bed until after 11pm and his parents are getting exhausted and the senior carer was explaining to the team members of the situation and Team Member A replied with 'oh that would be right. Joes mother is so selfish. All she thinks about is herself' and Team Member B replies 'You're not wrong there. Joe is such a handful. What about us. We need a break from him. the only time he is still is when he is asleep'.

That is exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much for your help. Cant believe I had such a mind blank.
