Assessment and rating

Hi,
I newly joined in a centre as a room leader in the toddler room and had to take the educational leader role as well as the educational leader is on leave. we are having our assessment rating visit next week. I would appreciate any ideas of your previous assessment and rating visit experiences and positives in the toddler room and as an educational leader.
