1) Sounds like the parent wants to make a complaint or has an issue... which would you choose?
2) Dignity of risk - means respecting each individual’s autonomy and self-determination (or “dignity”) to make choices for himself or herself. The concept means that all adults have the right to make their own choices about their health and care, even if healthcare professionals believe these choices endanger the person’s health or longevity.
3) Duty of Care - a moral or legal obligation to ensure the safety or well-being of others. Which will you choose?
4) Human needs are tangible and intangible possessions that humans will not survive without, like food and water. Human rights are tangible and intangible possessions that humans are entitled to by virtue of being human.
