Hi I have been stuck in this question for a while and i have asked my trainer but she just wont help . please help me with this

Scenario A
A family has moved from India to Australia 5 months ago and is looking to put their child, Pria who is 2 years old, into an early learning Centre. On arrival, they were very excited to speak to the director. The director explained to them that they focus on play-based learning and the children are free to make choices and decisions depending on their interests and needs. The parents Ruushi and Patel, are very confused and continue to ask why children are able to be so independent and make their own choices and if they focus on school readiness and preparation for schooling. They continued to tell the director that in their country, childcare is very different and that the children focus on academic work rather than play and the children were to follow the routine of the educators.

a. As the director of a childcare centre, what strategies would you use to welcome this family and acknowledge their values and needs within the service?
As the director of a childcare centre I would acknowledge their concern and reassure the family that we do have school readiness program in place for our children who will be going to school and I would also let the educators know about Priya’s parent concern and make sure we meet their needs.
b. How can you make sure that continual respect and reciprocal relationships are maintained, between the family, yourself and other educators?
Maintaining their privacy and confidentiality, involving families in the regular updating of the service’s policies and procedures, encouraging communication between the family and childcare centre information about the child interest. Communicating with emails, letters and other resource to involve families.
6. How would you incorporate their values into the every day routine at the service, which would meet Pria’s family’s needs?

Incorporate activities such as alphabet, puzzles, counting, colours within the room experiences. So, have learning activities within the room environment. Show the parents the program and explain the program planning, observations and explain the learning the children are involved in throughout the day.
