4. List any restrictions to charging practices that you must consider.
Any practices that are imposed by the government, via Centre link ????

Part E?????

1. Briefly describe the processes and documentation you need to have in place for:
a. Recording details to meet taxation requirements
The ATO considers self-employed educators as service providers. Contractors or self-employed educators can register for Good and Service Tax. However, they must hold an ABN or Australian Business Number and may be eligible to benefit from the Simplified Tax system. They do not have to report GST but should cover their own costs in relation to operating a family day care service from home?????

b. Determining if a taxation payment is required and, if it is, ensuring that timely taxation payments are made.
Family day care educators are expected to complete and store a number of different records for their services. Ensuring the maintence of records keeps children safe, as well as ensure their individual needs are met and quality service is provided

Thank you!
