Limitations For Childcare Workers

Post by Jaidyn123 » Mon Dec 05, 2016 9:21 pm

There is a question I have been pondering over for a little while and I think I may have finally answered it but am not sure if I'm on the right track and that it is the answer they were looking for. An opinion and some advice would be so appreciated right now.

• Name a limitation of the childcare worker. Why is it a limitation?

Time: Time is a limit because you only have so much time to complete work that needs to be done. Although there is time you can utilise in rest time, sometimes that may not be enough, especially when considering older kids who don’t sleep for long, or may not even sleep at all. In order to get all work and activities completed, you need to utilise what little time you have as best as possible to avoid bringing home work.
Also how can I build on this?

Yes, time is a big limitation... You could also add the childcare workers also need to complete programming and planning, assess children's learning as well as complete cleaning tasks all within the day...

It's important that childcare workers need to have good time management skills in order to organise their day...
