Training For You and Your Staff

Post by emmajg82 » Wed Nov 30, 2016 11:04 pm

Hi, i am just looking into what help you could use with within your room or centre, for either yourself or your staff.
Whether it be training for doing a useful and educational group time with the children, room setups, establishing routines etc.
As well as help with writing your program, observations, linking and extending on activities.
Do you think you or your staff could benefit from training in these areas?
What other areas could you use help in?

Maybe you could sit down with the staff and find out areas that you all need to work on, or what type of training that they would like...

There are lots of useful articles on this site available, such as group time, room environments, encouraging positive relationships etc.

Even a simple handout, given to each educator will encourage ideas...
