Manage and Seek Supprot For Ethical Dilemmas

"Reflect on two situations where you were required to manage or seek support to manage a complex ethical dilemma. Describe how you responded to the cultural, mental and or physical differences. How did you acknowledge the other persons values, beliefs and behaviours? Write about how ypu supported the concept of social justice in realtion to these two events...."

I have gone mind blank and have no clue to where even begin can anyone head me in the right direction please?
