How Hard Is The Diploma

Hi I am in the process of completing the cert 3, but my goal is to study the diploma after the cert 3 as I would like to become a room leader and I would like to know what the pay rate is for all room leaders that hold diplomas and how hard is the diploma as I have heard different stories about the intensity of the diploma

Hi Klara,

Since you have been studying the cert 3 you have the basic knowledge of working in childcare and with the Diploma it will give you more in depth knowledge and prepare you to be a room leader. You will learn about programming, working with diverse families, laws, regulations etc. It can be a little difficult but it's not impossible to complete and if you are looking to be a room leader then you need to complete it.
