CHCECE016: Establish and maintain a safe and healthy enivironment for children
HLTWHS003: Maintain work health and safety

Assessment task 1: Knowledge task
Question 1: A hazard has been assessed as being unlikely, but would have major consequences. using the risk matrix identity the risk and what it means to the organisation.
I am a bit stuck on this questions and having problems finding any answers or help.
