What is the best way to teach child to be braver when facing difficulties?

Set the example - tell the child what you are afraid of and face your fears by stepping out of your comfort zone.

Challenge the child to do something they may be afraid of and be there to guide them and support them.

Point out brave and courages real life models.

Read stories, watch movies of brave and courages characters e.g. "The Good Dinosaur"

Role play - come up with scenarios of acts of bravery and courage.
