You may consider looking at some of the resources from 'Staying health in child care'
2.how can diet affect children's learning?
Talk to a nutritionist or local health nurse in your area. they are best place to answer this question
3.where should the food standards and organisational hygiene requirements be located in the workplace?
This will depend on who uses them? Check you service's policy and procedure on health and hygene and food handling, both may direct you to the answer you are looking for.
4.list 3 factors that may contribute to significant health risks for Aboriginal and Torres strait islander children.
I would talk to the local health department about this one.

5.at what time should a child's dietary requirements be discussed with the family?
again, take a look at the your service's orientation and enrolments policy.
