Talk to a nutritionist or local health nurse in your area. they are best place to answer this question
3.where should the food standards and organisational hygiene requirements be located in the workplace?
This will depend on who uses them? Check you service's policy and procedure on health and hygene and food handling, both may direct you to the answer you are looking for.
