Q-Kelly is a new staff member at your service and you have notice her changing the babies nappies without washing her hands
What you would say
I have noticed that you haven't washed your hands as I am really concerned and worried that it will encourage germs to increase around baby and its not good even for yourself. why don't you try this bottle soap or I have a sanitizer too that is really quick and easy to use, give it a try
Additional information you could provide
We are all aware that we should wash our hands thoroughly after changing a diaper but, keep in mind that you might want to wash up beforehand too. You should try to keep your hands clean anytime you’ll be handling a baby, especially a newborn. One recommendation would be to keep an antibacterial gel near the changing area. Just give your hands a quick cleaning before the change. Always remember to wipe baby from front to back and of course, wash-up when you are done. If you’re not near a sink, you can use alcohol-based gel instead -- just make sure to keep the bottle out of your baby’s reach. rinse your hands with bottled water, use hand sanitizer, or make use of a baby wipe

please suggest am I on the right track?
