Here are my notes:

List the steps that must be completed to safely prepare a bottle of formula. Inyour answer clearly state whether the leftover formula should be reheated after usage.

You've also added breast milk in your response. The question is only referring to forumula. Even though you said follow the manufactures instructions you will need to include this with your response.

Identify the appropriate age groups for each type of food.

Pure food - from 3 months
mashed food - from 6 months
finger food - from 9 months
solid food - from 12 months
breast milk - up until 2 ( I breastfed my bub until she was 22 months)
full cream milk - from 12 months

Part C - Project - Consider the layout and show the equipment and any other furnishings such as shelving, tables and chairs
