Intentional teaching

I am really struggling with the intentional teaching...I have to do 5 intentional teaching in my placement for preschool that should include five domain area social, emotional ,cognitive, Communication and physical development. Is there any website that give an example .. how to do the intentional teaching plans for each of this domain. Please help me...
