Anyways with your question I have the following information that may help:

A Practical Approach to Educational Leadership
Educational Leader In Long Day Care

Basically as an Educational Leader you need to guide and support other educators within the centre to implement a program and assist them to reflect on their practices, challenge their thinking in current practices etc.
