I am new to this forum and would love all your help!
We are undergoing a new educational leader which
May be me. I was wondering if anyone knows or if its on here of any great checklists or guides when carrying out the role as a programming and documenting tool?

Sorry bout my late response little one has been sick with the flu for over a week...

Anyways with your question I have the following information that may help:

A Practical Approach to Educational Leadership
Educational Leader In Long Day Care

Basically as an Educational Leader you need to guide and support other educators within the centre to implement a program and assist them to reflect on their practices, challenge their thinking in current practices etc.
