1 - describe 3 rights that educators have working within early childhood education and care services.
2 - describe 3 responsibilities educators have working within early childhood education and care services ( 1 being duty of care)
3 - describe 1 of the principles ( components of duty of care and the strategies you would embed in your practice as an educator to ensure children remained safe while under your care?)
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am total loss as to where to start any help to point me in the right direction would be great

You have to go through NQS - Quality Area 3 and see what needs to be included in order to achieve this.
Plan of improvement can be documented As part of self assessment or an action plan etc.
