Your Question?
I have a RPL question for cert 3 to answer and I'm not sure where to begin...
Discuss the positive support techniques you use while interacting with and caring for children and young people. Include your communication skills
Any assistance would be appreciated so I know where to start
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
The positive support techniques I have come up with are:
Establishing behavioural expectations
Providing instructions to a child or young person
Using positive reinforcement to support behaviour
Acknowledging behaviour using non verbal communication
Redirecting behaviour
I just have a really strong feeling I'm on the wrong track and wanted to confirm before I start to answer the question
