What would you want to know?

If you've already completed your diploma or cert three what would be the most useful mentoring or support you could have? What things would you want to know more about and what did training leave you unprepared for?

I think once you complete your qualifications you have tackled the theory of it all and the next best thing would be gaining hands-on experience. No amount of theory is going to prepare you for getting involved with children and dealing with all the ups and downs of the industry.

Practical placement query

Post by mkode » Sun Jun 16, 2024 11:45 am

Hello, I am looking for a family day care or long day care practical placement for 120 hours only for babies and toddlers to complete my Cert 3 practical assessment. How do I approach the agency or service and is it possible to do this for 120 hours only?
