wantin to know if i am going about this qusstion the right way how can u cater for culturally based food requirements

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
findout about the different cultures in the worrplace have these types of food at meal timesbe aware of the types of food for each culture what thy can and cant have have culutral cooking days so others can learn aboutdifferent based cultures

Yes, your'e on the right track...

You could also ask parents about their cultural foods at home, cook cultural foods with the children, include cultural food for all children during meal times, include cultural foods in the menu on a rotating basis etc.
