Favourable Employment Conditions

Hi
Could someone please help me in this question:
List 3 pieces of legislation that provide favourable employment conditions for an early childhood educator.

So far, I have:
1. Education and Care services Act 2013
2. National Quality Standard
3.

Am I on the right track? If yes,could you please provide me with another one OR if no, please guide.

Yes, I think you're on the right track with your response...

I would probably add the Children's Services Award 2010, which details all the employment conditions, wages, responsibilities of educators working in childcare...
