please help me out, im freaking out!

hey man coming from experience 10 years in the bussines you need to clean them up so they are fresh again and but a new nappy on but just watch out for the stench it may be stinky

It's not that bad! You'll get used to it! There just little kids... You may get grossed out at first but it's just poo and wee which is normal part of the human body!

Two tips for changing pooey nappies are:
1 - make sure you have everything ready, e.g.. wipes open, before you take the nappy off, then you can clean it up as quick as possible.
2 - when you undo the nappy, fold the top part of the nappy over the bottom to cover most of the poo. Then you only have to worry about the stuff you need to clean off!

Just stay cool. It's a tasking job at first but a good preparatory training for fatherhood.
