Identify 4 Act’s that must be adhered to in Early Childhood Education and Care industry and how each affects your role in the workplace.

I am not sure what you mean by acts. We only have one child care act (The Education and care service National Law Act 2011). The act, along with the Education and Care services National law form the Legislation. The act is divided into sections.

I don't know if this is right answer for my question or not

1.Code of Ethics :a code of ethics is a set of statements about appropriate and expected behaviour of members of a professional group and, as such, reflects its values.The aim of this review is to identify any updates required to ensure that the Code is meeting the needs of early childhood professionals now and into the future.
In this Code of Ethics the protection and wellbeing of children is paramount and therefore speaking out or taking action in the presence of unethical practice is an essential professional responsibility.
2.Racial discrimination Act 1975: aims to ensure that people of all backgrounds are treated equally and have the same opportunities. The Act also makes discrimination against people on the basis of their race, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin unlawful.
3.Reconciliation – 1997 :u aims to build better relationships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people as a way of stopping the cycle of disadvantage. It's also about raising awareness and knowledge of Aboriginal histories and cultures and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures, and changing incorrect attitudes built on myth, misinformation or prejudice.
