I think you need to provide more info on this. For example: encouraging children and educators to wear hats outside, applying sunscreen on children, staying indoors or shaded areas when uv rays are strongest (10am - 3pm - not too sure can't remember at the top of my head), providing shaded areas in the playground etc. You just need to build on your response...Describe the protection/safety procedures you have in place your center and explained what makes it sun safe for children?
