Purpose Of Items In A Service

i have no idea about answers
1. Locate the following items in your service. Explain their purpose, where they are placed, and why.
A risk minimisation plan for a child with a specific healthcare need, allergy or medical condition
A warning sign for storage of potentially dangerous products
A ‘tested’ tag on an electrical appliance
Food handling information
A visitor record book
A safety checklist for the play spaces you work in

Do you currently work or doing work placement in a centre? If you do, you should be able to find these around the centre...

You can just search for each one...

For example:

Tested tag on electrical appliances - Testing and Tagging Portable Equipment
