I'm a bit stuck on a question on this assessment
Question 3. Outline how you will performance manage the educational leader
So for this ive written about arranging a date and time for a meeting with the staff member, both the staff member and myself completing a performance appraisal, during the meeting both parties exchange information about performance, ways to improve further training set goals, develop a performance improvement plan, remind of consequences with continued poor performance, schedule followup meeting. Keep things positive/ end on a positive note, etc.
Question 7. How will you continue to monitor and review the performance of the employee around these identified issues?
i feel the answer to this is through continued performance management, regular meetings, review of improvement plans ? so kinda feel im just giving the same answer
not sure I'm understanding the questions correctly.
would appreciate some feedback and guidance
been procrastinating this question for weeks :/

Re: Performance Management and performance reviews
I forgot to put the scenario in
PART E: The Diploma trained Educational Leader has been at your service for 6 months and is allowing children to go home with unauthorized people. The Educational Leader has also been engaging in verbal disagreements with other staff in front of families and children. One of the other educators has approached you, the Nominated Supervisor, stating that the Educational Leader is making them feel undervalued and inadequate in front of families
