Meaning Of Pragmatics

Hey guys I'm stuck on this question and it won't take that long.
I have to match the meaning with the word. :?
I searched a word up the internet but did not make any sence to me. :wtf:
The meaning I want is from the word:PRAGMATICS. :silent:
