HLTHIR403C Work effectively with culturally diverse clients and co-workers

Can anyone help to answer the below questions given?
Scenario: The child is a boy from a lesbian family. He is an only child. The family has recently moved to the area. You have been asked to develop a series of strategies to support the children and thei families in settling in to the services.

Question #1: What information will you need to find out about the families?
Question #2: Why will need this information?
Question #3: In a "cultural diversity" society like Australia, discuss the term "normal" with regards to families and people and why is it a value laden term?
