Hi I'm currently stuck on a question on my leadership and innovation cluster.
What are the 6 principles of equity.
I have researched so many different websites and nothing specifically tells me what the '6' principles are.

This is a pretty tough question. Had a browse around myself and can't find any information anywhere. What type of information is within this unit? Just trying to understand exactly what the question is referring too. I did stumble across the following.

work environments that genuinely value the work of people with different cultural backgrounds, experiences and perspective
workplaces free of harassment and discrimination
promotion and recruitment through a merit-based selection process
opportunities to train, develop and employ Territorians through apprenticeships, cadetships and graduate options
safe and healthy work environments
flexible work practices to create a family-friendly organisation

I'm not too sure how helpful the above information is or whether it is relevant to your unit/question. These are the only 6 points I managed to find...
